The SeaScape Home is located in Mid-Coast Maine on the Penobscot Bay in the quaint town of South Thomaston. The area also includes towns of Rockland and Camden, where it’s said the ocean meets the mountains.

An Inviting Escape

The exceptional panoramic view from the deck is breathtaking. The humming of the lobster boats and the sound of the sea birds are an amazing way to begin your day. Bring your own kayak and explore the many islands and you may even see the nearby eagles take flight! Spend the day exploring the local shore line where you can enjoy Pebble Beach. In the evening the sky comes alive with a constant show of shooting stars.

The House

SeaScape is 3,000 square feet and includes a large open floor plan with panoramic views of the ocean. The main floor includes the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The large kitchen island is perfect for gathering and opens to the dining area, boasting a large table that seats 12. The main living space opens to a 42 ft. deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the horizon.
